Exylia Stats

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

The rules for Exylia Stats: the endpoint that receives the reports ExyliaLib sends from Minecraft servers, and the private dashboard where Exylia reads them. By letting ExyliaLib report, or by using stats.exylia.net, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

These terms govern the use of Exylia Stats (the "Service") at stats.exylia.net: the report endpoint that ExyliaLib, the shared library of the Exylia Minecraft plugins, calls on its own, and the private dashboard. The Service is operated by Cristobal Aranda, a natural person domiciled in Chile ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

If you run a server with a release build of an Exylia plugin and leave reporting on, or if you otherwise use stats.exylia.net, you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of a server, network or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept them, turn reporting off as described below and do not use the Service.

2. Reporting from your server

ExyliaLib reports technical information about your server and errors of the Exylia plugins, as listed in the Privacy Policy, so we can decide what to support and fix what breaks. Reporting is free, is on by default and can be turned off at any time with metrics.enabled: false in plugins/ExyliaLib/config.yml, followed by a restart. Turning it off does not limit any plugin feature.

Reporting is part of the plugins' support, not a service we offer you: the Service gives Server Operators no dashboard, statistics or guarantees about their own servers.

You must not configure or modify anything to make ExyliaLib send personal data, secrets or any information you are not allowed to share. The Exylia plugins themselves are licensed separately, under the terms you accepted when you obtained them.

3. The dashboard

The dashboard is for Exylia only. Access is granted by us and may be withdrawn at any time. Anyone given access must keep the credentials confidential, use the data only to support the Exylia plugins and never copy it out of the Service for any other purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Send reports by any means other than an unmodified ExyliaLib, or send falsified or misleading reports.
  • Exceed the limits of the Service, flood it, or probe, scan or attack it, except in coordinated security research agreed with us in writing.
  • Try to access the dashboard or its data without being authorised, or bypass its security measures.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

We may reject or delete reports that breach these rules, and block the addresses that send them. If you find a security vulnerability, report it to [email protected] and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.

5. Data and intellectual property

We use reports only to support and improve the Exylia plugins, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish them or share them with other Server Operators.

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

Exylia Stats is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. It is not affiliated with Discord or Cloudflare.

6. Changes to the Service

The Service is free. We may change what is collected, the reporting interval or any feature, pause reporting for every server (the Service can tell ExyliaLib to stop until the next restart), or shut the Service down. ExyliaLib is built so that an unavailable Service never affects the server: a failed report is only retried later. If we change what ExyliaLib reports, the Privacy Policy and the ExyliaLib documentation will say so.

7. No warranty

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that a reported error will be fixed or fixed within any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or reputation, or for damages caused by third-party services. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to 100 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, nor the rights that consumer or data protection law grants you.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version at the top. Material changes apply 30 days after they are published here; if you keep reporting after that, you accept the new terms, and if you do not agree, you can turn reporting off.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to the mandatory rights and forum that consumer or data protection law in your country may grant you.

If a clause is held invalid, the rest remain in force. Questions: [email protected].
